Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Tiny Texts Pro, offered by Tiny Texts LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at https://tinytexts.co. Payments for Tiny Texts Pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

Subscription Billing

Tiny Texts Pro is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Tiny Texts Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with Tiny Texts Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at the address below with the email address used for the purchase.

Renewals and Partial Periods

Except as set out in this policy or as required by applicable law, renewal payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused subscription time once a charge has been processed.

We will always refund duplicate charges and billing errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under applicable consumer law. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date. Refunds required under applicable law or under the Paddle Buyer Terms will be honoured in all cases.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
