This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Tiny Texts Pro, offered by Tiny Texts LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at https://tinytexts.co.
Subscription Billing
Tiny Texts Pro is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Tiny Texts Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or any other reason once a charge has been processed.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.
